After speaking to a number of real estate agents we felt she would best represents us on sale of house .There was no pressure during sign up. She explained details and answered question honestly. She advised us on the house update on what needed work and what should be left to buyer. She scheduled multiple open houses to help keep showing activity high. She provided good communication during showing so we were informed of showing schedule and provided feedback with day of showing. Offering advice during offer period and guided us at each step. As sale got closer she coordinated with other relators and lawyers to bring sale to close with very little stress.
