First time I worked with Robin was in 2019 when she helped me find my first home. I was on a tight deadline and we managed to get the house I wanted. Everything from the listings search to a well organized showing of the properties was professionally done by Robin. In less than 2 months I was in my new home. Couple of years after and in the middle of pandemic my circumstances have changed and I had to sell my house. Robin once again helped me with the sale. I was on a tight deadline again and to add to that I had to find another property to purchase and coordinate both transactions at the same time. Robin was excellent. Went beyond expectations. Was there whenever anyone needed access to house whether to inspect or repair. Excellent knowledge on how to handle whatever came up. Robin was mainly responsible for us getting over $90000 over buying price. Would recommend Robin to anyone.
