These are all the questions I ask plus more and then listen to your wants and needs closely so I can find your perfect home for you. From there I set up showings and we go looking for your next home! As a Listing Agent to sell your home I offer my expertise knowing the area, pulling the comps, setting the correct asking price and even helping to stage your home and make suggestions to sell it. I love what I do. Goal #1 get it sold! Now for the ABOUT ME: I have been helping people with their homes since 1993. I started out in property management with over 400 tenants in 1993 to 1999. I worked for New Construction Builders from 2000 to 2009 as a Builder Representative and Sales Director. I became a PA licensed Realtor in 2000 but became an active Realtor starting in 2009. So... I have covered it all. I have helped people with all kinds of living arrangements from condos, high rises, high end high price real estate, manufactured housing, single family homes, townhomes, duplexes, you name it.
