This summer, my husband David and I were very unsure about selling our home in Duxbury. We had purchased a home in NY and thought it would make sense to sell our home in Duxbury to take full advantage of a relocation package. We met with Robin to discuss the sale, and quickly decided to move forward. However, we got cold feet a week later and contacted her about our uncertainty. Robin was understanding and she told us to take some time, and should we change our minds, to reach out. That is just what we did as we considered the advantages of selling. We greatly appreciated Robin's support and patience with us during this initial process. We decided to list our home in a week. Robin encouraged us that it was possible, and basically jumped through hoops to get the photos taken and the write up done, and all the other "behind the scenes" details. She worked diligently and sold our home during the open house that weekend. Robin supported us through the offer process and was there for us every step of the way through our closing, with detailed advice and quick responses to our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Robin as a real estate agent. She is bright, personable, conscientious, and hardworking, and she has the experience necessary in this competitive market.
