We decided to purchase a home in Hull, the town where I grew up in and left 40 years ago. We chose Robin to assist us in finding that home. Once we found the right home and negotiated its purchase, a number of issues arose requiring resolution in order to get to a closing. Equally important, Robin was always available to take our call and provided a measure of kindness and understanding as we went through this process. Circumstances required us to visit the property five times before we got to closing and Robin was always more than willing to help coordinate and attend those visits with us. Even after closing, Robin continues to be available to us as post-closing issues come up. If we were ever to purchase or sell a property on the South Shore, Robin would be my realtor of choice. This summer, my husband David and I were very unsure about selling our home in Duxbury.
