Robin was recommended by the estate's attorney's office, and the house was sold in a month. She was very responsive to all our inquiries of all types, very friendly, and priced it right, as we got full asking price. We had a last minute problem that was unforeseen and was no fault of Robin's, and she adapted and improvised and made the closing happen on time two days after the issue arose. I'm sure the Florida real estate market can have it's particular challenges, and selling a house with five different heirs is no picnic either, but Robin carried us through the process with poise and enthusiasm. She turned the sale of my father's house from an on - going chore into a happy conclusion in just a few short weeks. I wish she had the listing long ago. I hope to meet her in person some day so I can give her a big hug, if she finds that acceptable.
