Mr. Azua is a seasoned realtor, who knows the ins and outs of the entire process you go through when you purchase a house. I am certain the reason I am able to sit here in the comfort of my new house, as I turn it into my home, is in no small part due to Robert. There were many hurdles to clear to reach a reasonable deal for this house, as not everything was completed when it was renovated. Robert's negotiating skill is what cleared those last hurdles. All of the requests I asked for were addressed. It was Mr. Azua's experience in dealing with people in this business that made this home sale happen. (After all, what motivation did the seller have to address the findings from the inspection? The seller had flipped the property and done a nice renovation of it. As stated though, the inspection found things that needed to be addressed: plumbing in particular. ) Robert knows homes, and he knows how to bring parties with different agendas to the table. I've bought homes before, four to be exact. But I didn't understand how critical a role a realtor plays in this process until I asked Mr. Azua to help me buy this one. He is the example of what a knowledgeable and experienced professional in this business should be. I've remained in contact with him after buying the home. He's a great resource with regard to any home service provider you'll need. He, his wife and family are great folks. Mr. Azua is also a certified appraiser: he knows the value of real estate. The reason he is so accomplished though is because he places the value of people above that of property.
