Robert and his team are the best! Unlike other agents, Robert has a deep knowledge of Miami real estate values and trends. He was an appraiser for many years with a network of contacts in the various related businesses and trades (e.g., lending, appraising, permitting, etc). I wasn’t looking for just any property either, I need something that was below market value from day one, something I could add improvements to thereby increasing the overall value of the property and my investment. After many weeks of searching and numerous lost deals, we finally succeeded with finding one. The deal was not easy to close either. There were lots of funding hiccups (beyond his or my control) along the way and even though they were not within his control, he was on top of the issues and always advocating on my behalf while keeping the other side of the transaction informed. He has an uncanny ability to juggle numerous balls in the air (metaphorically speaking), and if any balls were about to “hit the ground”, he was quick to recover them and get us back on the right path. He also kept me apprised of the situation and if he was not able to take my phone call he always responded promptly with a text and a phone call, never sending me to voice mail! Robert is thorough and professional and great to work with and a true advocate.
