I had the pleasure and privilege of meeting Roberta Pickens towards the end of 2021 when considering selling my house in Palm City, Fl. She came out to the house and carefully explained the process her real estate company uses in the current market to get the best price with the least hastle and costs. I hired her on the spot, and boy did she deliver. From what I remember, from the moment the listing went active to my acceptance of one of many offers, less than a week had gone by. When all offers were in, including several that were more than asking price, I was amazed at the speed and convenience the whole process took. We only had to leave the house for showings several times in a couple of days. The closing went off as smooth as anyone could hope for. I would highly recommend Roberta to anyone in the area looking to sell a home and not go through some of the dreaded inconveniences home sellers are accustomed to.

This is the second home I have sold and one bought with Roberta. She has gone above and beyond. Even securing my cats so they are safe during viewings. She is always on top of things and kept me infofmed and calm. I would highly recommend Roberta to any buyer or seller.
