From the beginning, Robert was communicative, listened well, was very timely & answered all of our questions. Robert definitely took the initiative to help me as a buyer. (You would think he has been doing this for a devade or more.) Providing outside references for inspection and advice. This saved us on our purchase where sellers don't divulge completely. Also a great personality.
