Robert was very helpful throughout the process. We needed to have the AC replaced before we closed for the loan to be approved, he stayed on top of the situation with the attorney to ensure documents were updated and signed in a timely manner. He also has an extensive network of contractors and professional that he trusts, which came in handy for roof repairs as well. Robert was very friendly and always quick to offer help whenever we wanted to visit the place or bring in contractors, even before closing.
