House Hunting

Working with Robert was a wonderful experience. I told him what I had for a down payment and where I wanted be with my mortgage. He suggested that I up my price rage I was looking at. Cautiously I did... I did not want to get my hopes to high. Robert was not only able to get me the house I choose he negotiated me a great price. He also took care of all the other aspects like a mortgage broker, made sure I had the inspector and even an extra inspector to check the pool. He took the daunting task of buying my first house alone and made it fun and effortless. I will be recommending him to any of my friends and family looking to a home.
