My review of Bob - he's the best!

Our 2022 goal was to sell our condo + buy a single family home for our growing family. This feat seemed so difficult but Bob just made this entire process as stress free as possible. About the sale - Bob put up a great listing for our condo - had a major part in the staging/and photography of our home. We did one open house weekend and several private showings and got many offers! Bob negotiated our offers and we were able to sell above our listing price. All at the same time, Bob was there for us in looking for a new home. We went to many homes and with a limited market, Bob was creative about our search, & never tried to sell us on a property that he felt wasn't a good enough property. When shopping, he would point out the good and the bad: construction of the home, any shortcuts in building in the home, the neighborhood. He worked quickly to put together any offers and followed up pretty much daily with the selling agents to show our interest. He was available to us either text or phone call anytime. Bob is professional, extremely knowledgeable, caring, and looks out for his client. (We did all this while we were expecting and with a toddler.) Because of Bob, we reached out a milestone goal in our lives for our family. Thank you, Bob!
