I've known Bob for more than 20 years, and in that time I've seen him help our friends buy and sell numerous homes - so when it finally came time for us to buy our first home, there was no doubt who we were going to get to help us! We didn't really know what to expect during the process - but as soon as we talked with Bob, both my husband and I felt at ease. Robert--I called him Bobby-- was recommended by a friend, and I am SO GRATEFUL. At 77, I realized I didn't need and could not properly care for my big 2 story house in Diamond Bar. I had a tentative offer, but Bobby got me much more, a larger move-out allowance, and an earlier closing date. He recommended a fair appraiser, too. Through the sale process he guided me at every turn with the volume of paperwork for the sale, which has doubled in the 30+ years since our original purchase. He was patient, prompt, and good-humored at all times. I am so grateful for Bobby's help with this complicated and important transaction!! He has my strongest recommendation.

Yup, he knows his stuff! Who can sell a property on one open house ? Robert Stephen can! He worked tirelessly on my documents, after hours and weekends. Guiding me through a maze of documents and regulations. Very polite, courteous, friendly, keeping me up to date on various statuses of the process. His valuable suggestions on renovations kept me from going overboard and led to a higher sale price. He's no longer my agent, he is my friend.

Robert spent weeks preparing our property before it hit the market, making sure everything was just right as we came in a few months behind the early 2024 rush. He remained in constant contact with us during the nearly dozen open houses held. He reached out to other realtors with similar properties, discussed several action plans with us as the property slowly gained more showings, and presented himself professionally to all potential buyers. When we finally had three offers come in at once, he was diligent in his presentation, providing a clear path to the right choice for us. Robert will be our realtor if we ever decide to move back to Southern California.
