I highly recommend Rob Pino
I cannot recommend Rob Pino highly enough. Selling a home is stressful under the best of circumstances, but our situation was particularly challenging. Our departing tenant left the property in terrible condition and made the showing process nearly impossible. Despite these major roadblocks, Rob Pino remained incredibly calm, collected, and professional. He navigated the difficulties with grace and managed to get our house sold in just 12 days! His expertise, patience, and strategic approach turned a potential disaster into a massive success. If you want a realtor who can handle the 'tough' sales with ease, look no further."
