Robert was our Agent when my wife & I bought our first home. We would've used him again, when we bought our second, but we were able to purchase it directly from the developer at the time. When it came time to sell, without hesitation, we called Robert right away. His knowledge, his research, & his wisdom had us selling our property at the perfect time! He worked tirelessly to ensure we achieved our desired outcome & he literally counseled us every step of the way. I can't thank him enough! We can't thank Robert enough for his hard work, but more importantly, we're truly grateful for his friendship. Robert Paul is an excellent realtor. I had an unusual situation selling a relative’s house due to their declining health. This process took 1 year due to it being under a conservatorship which is a difficult process. The house had to be cleaned out due to the relative moving into assisted living. Robert helped every step of the way. He knew the right people to contact to clean out the house, clean up the yard, etc. He marketed the property perfectly. We got multiple offers the first day of the open house. He has the knowledge and years of experience that you can trust. I am grateful that I was connected with him.
