Rob was a dream to work with, we were with another realtor for about a year, and we were doing all the leg work. Rob stepped in and immediately started sending us listing with open houses and scheduling private showings. This was our first home, and we had a lot of questions; he was always very patient, provided detailed responses, and took great care to research the properties to make sure he was giving us as much information as possible. If there was anything he was unsure about he didn't feed us a line, he was upfront and let us know that he would look into it and get back to us with answers (which he always did). He helped us buy a home in our dream neighborhood, and we came in under budget. He's not only great at his job but all around a fantastic guy. We could not have asked for a better experience.
