When it comes to studying and understanding the market, no one is better. What is great is that he applies that knowledge to creative deal-making. He might find something and a scenario you had not thought of (RE: investing.) And he's invested not only in knowing, but caring. Sellers and Buyers can both be extreme PITAs but with calm resolve, he takes a transaction each day to the finish line. He will also work with the problem occupants, conditions that make a transaction painful. He does it all with respect and kindness towards all parties involved. I honestly cannot think of a better, more patient and effective agent.
