Robert helped us tremendously in our search for our first home. My wife and I had no experience in the process and Robert was able to guide us and always had our back. He was able to release us from the contract on the first house we bid on which turned out that it needed too much work. Our second house we bid on had an appraisal that was $30,000 below what we offered and Robert was able to lobby for us to get a second appraisal which was approved. The only reason we were able to afford the closing costs was because of the second appraisal so we definitely owe Robert a lot. He always responded to us quickly and was a true professional and on top of that, he's a really great guy to work with.

I had a great experience working with Mr. Robert. I started the process while I was still in the coastal area of SC and throughout the entire journey it felt like he was right there with me. The day I came to look at the property and sign the papers he asked questions that I had forgotten to. He showed me around the area and told me about various areas to go.
