Robert was very responsive and quick to follow up to any questions or requests that we had. Was very patient and supportive through the process. Helped us find and close on our next home which we’re so happy to have moved into. Would highly recommend.
Robert (Bob) is an excellent negotiator with strong and prompt communication skills. He understands thoroughly the ins and outs of buying and selling homes. He is very honest when asked to give feedback. I have bought or sold more than one property using his services. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and I will use him again in any future real estate transactions.
Great communicator, and was always on time. Very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Very thorough.
Bob made numerous phone calls to me to any my questions and to clarify complicated issues. He also made several visits to the house to help clarify matters with the city of St. Paul housing inspectors regarding code compliance. Bob was very timely in responding to problems and to my questions. Excellent service!
We have had the privilege of knowing and collaborating with Bob for more than 20 years! His extensive industry knowledge is impressive, yet he approaches everything with a down-to-earth attitude. Bob is incredibly patient and maintains a low-pressure style, believing that “you will know when you find the right one.” Once you do discover “the one,” his dedication to your success is unmatched. Bob's availability is remarkable; it's unusual for us to reach his voicemail instead of speaking directly with him. His calm and kind demeanor is truly appreciated and completely genuine!
