Robert is very knowledgable in his field. Our experience was excellent so far. He was able to navigate and negotiate to a reasonable offer after experiencing a few bumps in the road with our buyer. We are in the process of using him on the sale of our other home and using him for the purchase of our new home.

We were relocating out of the country in a very small time frame and Rob's sense of urgency was truly impressive. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had done everything we could to make a quick sale at the maximum price. We had to leave the country prior to escrow closing, but Rob kept us updated every step of the way so I never had to worry about what was going on back home. I could not have asked any realtor to do more than what Rob provided for us.
