From our initial contact with Liz, we could see what a kind, genuine, professional she is. Liz was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She was efficient getting our home on the market quickly with breathtaking photos. We had multiple offers within only a few days. She went through each offer in detail to make sure we could make the best informed decision. We were able to get significantly more than asking price, thanks to her skill and expertise! Her communication is top notch. She was in constant contact, never leaving us with any questions. Great with all the paperwork and scheduling appointments to work with our schedule. She did many extras along the way that were much appreciated. You can tell she knows what she’s doing, and enjoys doing it. We have sold 3 homes now and this was, by far, the smoothest one.
