Bob was there from start to finish. From the initial walk-through of the house to help us get the house, ready to sell. All the way through showings, open houses, offers and finally the closing. He not only helped us in every aspect of that. He got us top dollar for my mother’s house.

His focus on the entire experience for the potential buyers from greeting them, to information communication, to follow-up as needed was appreciated. And, one of the Open Houses generated the future buyer of the home which is a testament to the experience. Third, was the effort that Robert put into creating placards for the Open Houses that communicated notable aspects of the house at their appropriate location in the house to inform the visitors of these items. Robert Katner helped me buy my house in the fall of 2016.
