We worked with a couple other Realtors prior to Bob, and are so glad we found him. Bob took the time to talk to us to gain an understanding of what we were looking for before showing us even one listing. His knowledge of the lake and the available listings helped him narrow down our search. We are not from the immediate area, and had many questions for him. Since we purchased our property, Bob has helped us out with a number of things such as educating us on the lake, its history, tips for applying for dock permits with TVA, finding a builder, etc. We could not have hoped for a better buying experience.
