If you’ve never gone through the process of buying a home or have even talked to someone about buying a house it is the most stressful, overwhelming experience you can go through. Robert was very knowledgeable about the do’s and don’ts of home buying. He was able to get me the house I wanted although I barely had enough to cover both the down payment and closing costs. I didn’t have to deal with the nightmare stories I had been hearing about, regarding the market we’re in today, with people paying well above selling price and then being denied over and over again. Robert made sure I didn’t pay a penny over selling price and within 3 days of looking my first offer was accepted and I was in escrow. Robert was aggressive enough to get the contingencies right and was with me throughout the entire escrow process to ensure the numbers were right where I wanted them! I would recommend him to anyone.
