Bob helped us sell our home in the summer this year as we needed to relocate from Pennsylvania to Maryland. He lives on our road and has been our default real estate agent. He helped us navigate a sudden slow down in the housing market and was very responsive to our needs. He even helped us with tending to small things in the house when we moved out, such as taking out trash and selling furniture items. Overall he is an excellent real estate agent!

Bob was available to help with every possible aspect of selling my house. I could just leave stuff to him if I didn't have the time to do a good job. Example: I needed to replace my dish washer but was feeling under the weather and did not feel like wandering round a big show room trailed by desperate sales persons. So Bob did the transaction for me. Bob recommended a higher asking price than I thought made sense; the house sold after one open house weekend for the higher price Bob recommended. Bob was always in an upbeat mood, pulling me out of several funks I had sunk into! Bob clearly knows his stuff and I felt completely relaxed leaving things in his hands when I had to, at every stage of the process. But he had detailed market analysis documents prepared so I could dig as deep or not-so-deep as I felt like into the rationale behind his recommendations.
