I have used Robert for investment properties and a home that I purchased over a year ago. Without hesitation, he found us a property and got it under contract in a heart beat. Throughout escrow, he had kept an informative update with me. All I had to do was to sign the paper work (online) and pay the fee (wire the money to the bank). Robert was there every step of the way guiding me through the process. He also took the time to explain all the contingencies and what comes after each scenario. Robert is an outstanding agent who pulled out all the stops to help us buy our dream home in the Arcadia/Temple City area. We first contacted Robert 8 months ago, but had to cancel our appointment with him due to my wife's pregnancy. Robert kept in touch with us for the following 8 months, helping us with MLS listings and weeding out the properties that did not suit our needs. I can only say positive things about robert. He helped me purchased my house and he never hesitated to let me know if a property was not worth it, even though that involved starting all over again. "Patient", is what describes Robert, he will be by your side when ever needed and in the search for the right investment property, you NEED someone like him. Having a guy like Robert at your side when purchasing your first home makes the process much easier. I was not sure at first if I would be able to get a place that I really liked under a budget. Robert not only found the place for me but also made sure that we bought it under appraisal value. His negotiating techniques and sense of the market are second to none. Robert is also very adaptive so when unexpected items come up he is able to roll with the punches and makes sure that his client always get what is best for them.
