Robert Berdahl, from start to finish was professional, courteous, and kind. Since we had lived in our home for 45 years, we would have been completely lost without his excellent guidance. He was patient and always remained calm, even if we did not! He listed our home as a coming soon three weeks before the listing would be "live". Four parties saw it "not show ready" and we had 3 offers that same day. Robert negotiated with the parties and we had a pending sale the next day for more than our asking price. Robert continued to promptly answer our questions through closing and we remain in contact with him still. This be a relationship and a transaction that we will always look back on fondly.
