Selling your home is a very stressful experience. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but after the 1st month of showings and no offers, we needed Rob's professional advice on how to proceed. When an offer came in, we needed his advice once again on the best way to counter in order to land a contract. Thankfully, that happened!
