Selling your home is a very stressful experience. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but after the 1st month of showings and no offers, we needed Rob's professional advice on how to proceed. When an offer came in, we needed his advice once again on the best way to counter in order to land a contract. Thankfully, that happened! Once we had the acceptance of the counter offer, then we waited: inspection, appraisal, etc. Rob was so good to keep us informed, almost daily, as to how things were playing out clear up to the closing. That was a sigh of relief, for sure. Thank you Rob, for your diligence and expertise.
