In this crazy market it was great having someone who knew his stuff, had the skill set to listen, understand and connect with the buyer's needs, desire and wants. Patient with changes made by buyer, i.e. from gated communities to houses in open neighborhoods, back to gated communities etc. etc. etc.
Robb is a true professional! Because I lived on the other side of the country, he called me back even when I called him late at night. He helped me with taking a video of houses I was interested in, even standing outside in the garden when it was raining. He gave me all the information that I needed, so I felt comfortable buying my home, unseen. Trust him! He is knowledgeable and a hard worker!

We knew he was the one from the first meeting. Our relocation company had him on the preferred list so we gave him a shot and were not let down. He was extremely responsive and timely. He helped with everything we needed and more. He typically responded immediately. He helped us lost at a fair price and advocated for the best price throughout the deal. He had a professional photographer do amazing photos for us that truly represented the property. He got us workers for the minimal needs from the inspection. If we ever move back to FL we will use him. He was kind and respectful and works for his home sellers.
