Simply put, Robb is a superstar! As out-of-state buyers, we could not make the time to come and view properties, which were going under contract so quickly. Without a moments hesitation, Robb would check out the houses, obtain seller disclosures, and quickly go on site to perform thorough walk-through videos of each home we considered. Once we went under contract, Robb let us through every step of the process. His communication skills are unparalleled. I know that many buyers say what great realtors they had; having been a realtor myself, I know the amount of work that it takes to do this job and I commend all great realtors out there. But Robb is in a category all by himself: Superman, without a cape!

I must say I’ve sold different properties and had several realtors.
