I had three Realtors show, but Robb was the only one on time. He was very insightful and kind...He patiently waited by the door for his turn as I had a late realtor still inside. He immediately was on the POSITIVE that he could easily sell my home. We walked around and I made a punch list of observations he saw to help me sell quickly.
