Robb Harrison seemed to have an excellent knowledge of of the market at any given time. He explained to me why my house wasn't selling at the price we had listed at first. He suggested that we lower the price to get more potential home buyers to look at it. The strategy worked to attract the people who bought my house.
Robb was the best agent I have ever worked with. Being that I lived in MD and was selling a house in FL. He went above and beyond helping me. He had the yard taken care of and one water problem where he called the utility company and had things taken care of. He kept in touch with me every step of the way. And f you are looking for some professional and a great personality I can’t recommend anyone else.

Rob did a excellent job selling our house in just 4 days. Great communication from start to finish, and the photographer he had took awesome pictures which really made the house marketable. When you need a realtor in North Central Florida Robb is the man for the job. Kudos Rob.

Robb was amazing to work with! I am an out-of-state buyer who flew into town for only 4 days to look at and potentially purchase property. In those few days, Robb made sure to make time for me, answer my calls and texts, and adopted my priorities and values as his own when working with me (if I needed space for my dogs to run, he was looking at yard size and pointing out places that would work well). Robb never pushed or pressured me into any decisions, and made sure to keep me informed as I went through the buying process. I HIGHLY recommend Robb for your real estate needs!

I had three Realtors show, but Robb was the only one on time. He was very insightful and kind...He patiently waited by the door for his turn as I had a late realtor still inside. He immediately was on the POSITIVE that he could easily sell my home. We walked around and I made a punch list of observations he saw to help me sell quickly.
