When we had problems with the builder over mistakes in the design or with contract issues, Rob was right there to negotiate a quick resolution that worked in our favor each time. Rob has a keen sense for details and knows when he needs to step in to resolve issues, day or night. Rob attended every single meeting and inspection with the builder to ask all questions we didn't know to ask. Rob checked their work to ensure it was correct, and accompanied us to our closing with a list of items he found that needed to be corrected.
