Rob was great

Rob was great. Helped out through the entire way of listing and selling my prior home, and buying a new one. Arranged the closing process to coincide with each other so there was only a small week lease-back to allow for moving, and had excellent recommendations for certain home repairs, cleaning services, and general advice on preparing to sell. Despite the fairly rough time period in terms of buying, we did manage to secure a house that I'm now living in and sold the prior one after weeks of searching. He always made sure that each house I was thinking about really met my criteria and that I wasn't falling victim to giving in and settling.Would highly recommend Rob to anyone in the CO Springs area looking to buy or sell.
