Rob Stark was a positive and caring agent.

We were selling our house during a very hard time for sellers. Interest rates were up and buyers were few. We signed a short term promissory note to get into our new home and the longer it took to sell our home the more frustrated and stressed we became. Rob was always positive and reassuring that our house would sell. When we finally got a contract we compromised on the price and made some necessary repairs, but came to a point where we were not willing to do more. The buyers were uncompromising. Rob saved the deal by taking care of the buyers final demands himself. We really appreciated that he was willing to do that for us. We closed on the house and were able to pay off the promissory note. It was such a relief and it was all due Rob’s hard work and caring for his clients. We will recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
