When we first met Rob, he came well prepared. He had a complete analysis on our property. He had prepared an extensive bound booklet with information that contains property assessment by the county and compared properties that were similar in square footage. Rob took the time to both explain the information and answer our questions. He was very professional and never made us feel that he had limited time with us. We were selling our house during a very hard time for sellers. Interest rates were up and buyers were few. We signed a short term promissory note to get into our new home and the longer it took to sell our home the more frustrated and stressed we became. When we finally got a contract we compromised on the price and made some necessary repairs, but came to a point where we were not willing to do more. The buyers were uncompromising.
