Great buying experience from start to finish

Rob was an excellent communicator and followed up on every item or inquiry regarding our condo purchase in a timely manner, often addressing questions before we even thought to ask! He's incredibly knowledgeable regarding Charlotte neighborhoods and the market and we always felt like he was working hard to find us the best fit, not just close a sale. Rob was very professional, that coupled with the excellent online platform his company uses, made all negotiations and contract work easy to complete. Once we found our property of interest, we felt like Rob did a thorough review of all the ins/outs of the unit - he talked to other residents, researched the health of the HOA, was present for all inspections and really worked to make sure it was a good purchase. After the sale, he went beyond the call of duty, meeting painters and contractors, going over the operation of mechanicals and familiarizing our son with the building nuances, then checking in that all was ok. Working with Rob was truly a pleasure and we'd use him again in a heartbeat!
