Great experience

This was my first experience selling a property alone. I was anxious and quite honestly scared of the process and of making mistakes. A friend gave my Rob’s number. I still procrastinated because of the unknown. When I got the nerve up to call I immediately felt peaceful about selling. Rob simply told me he would take care of everything, I didn’t have to worry about anything. He did! He took care of everything! It was absolutely one of the easiest things I’ve ever done. I regretted not calling earlier. Not sure how many time I told him he was heaven sent. Rob did it all and kept me updated every step of the way. His help was beyond anything I imagined it would be. His kindness spoke volumes. Well, the end of the story is I hired a realtor and he was all I could have hoped for, and ended up with a new friend as well.
