I needed a realtor to work with me through probate and be my right hand to get an estate sale ready for market. Rob provided everything I needed, whether it be advise or best practice on what to expect during the phases of the sale and probate actions. Hiring contractors and handymen to get the property fully ready to hit the market in tip top shape. If that wasn’t enough Rob paid the hired help out of his own pocket until the property closed. Not only did I not have to think about the property as an out of state seller, Rob sold our property at full asking price. I 💯 recommend Rob Calkins if you are looking for a realtor.

For me since this was a probate sale Rob Calkins seemed like the right pick, communication was excellent and his knowledge of the probate process was so appreciated. He answered all my questions quickly. He just had all the answers to every question I asked. Made me feel at ease with my choices. It made this journey more pleasant than it I thought it would be.

He had excellent contacts that were very helpful in junk removal, carpet replacement, etc. Rob knew the Lake Stevens market and took the time to view the property and discuss the state of the home and where to make the changes most important for the sale of the home. His knowledge of taxes and insurance was very helpful. Rob is a great and consistent communicator. I recommend him without any reservations.
