This was our second time working with Rita. She helped us purchase our forever home in July 2024 and it was a great experience. This time she helped us sell the home that we moved out of. Her knowledge of our old neighborhood and home values was excellent. She was patient with me as selling a home that I had owned for over 40 years was somewhat emotional. Everything went smoothly and she made sure we understood our options every step of the way. My husband and I would highly recommend Rita to anyone selling or buying.
