Exceptional in every way

Working with Rita Legan at eXp Realty has been an absolute joy and wonderful experience. Thanks to her deep knowledge of the Ledgewood Community market, expert staging advice, professional photography, and strategic marketing skills , my house went under contract in just 8 days for $10,000 over asking price in a somewhat depressed buying market. Communication was phenomenal, and she patiently guided me through every single step of the process, keeping me off the ledge when I wanted to drop the price after only a few days on the market. As has been my experience with Rita from 7 previous purchases and sales of property, she went above and beyond all expectations each and every time (how is that even possible?!!) At one point I discovered a woodpecker had bored a hole into the side of the house and there were baby birds residing (rent free) in the space between the exterior and the interior walls. I called her in a panic well beyond any reasonable time for her to be taking business calls. Rita was her usual calm self, got in touch with the right people (in this case the HOA President) and the problem was taken care of quickly and humanely (no birds were harmed in carrying out their departure). I highly recommend Rita to anyone looking for a dedicated, five-star real estate professional! She even showed up to my closing, ya’ll❣️❣️
