My husband and I were lucky enough to be parred with Rita Legan as our Real Estate Agent. We did not know what to expect, and Rita was there for us every step of the way! She was willing to help us look at houses on our crazy time schedule, listen and answer all our questions, and help us whenever we needed it. One house we saw that we liked, she showed us all the things that were wrong and how much it could possibly cost us to fix. When we did find the right house for us, she hooked us up with a wonderful home inspector. We are very pleased with all the assistance Rita Legan gave us during our home buying process. It was wonderful, she was just as excited for us when we got the keys as we were!!
