Rita DeBolt was awesome in selling my home!

Rita Debolt sold my home this summer - I could not have had a better experience. Right off, she was very keen on current market conditions, almost to a day-by-day level, being very aware of what had sold in my neighborhood and for what amount, and where the market was heading. She was instrumental in assessing my home against the market, in terms of how best to prep/update the home prior to listing. When it came to home repairs and updates, she was instrumental at orchestrating the various contractors to get the work done quickly and properly - this at a time when good contractors are generally backlogged by months! She was also very helpful in keeping an eye on the house while repairs were being performed and I could not be there, and she was always available on the phone when I had urgent questions. Four days after listing, my house had six offers - three above the asking price - and I was able to sell my home at substantially above my asking price (it set the market for my area). Escrow went smoothly with her help, and closed in 30 days without any hiccups. All in all, eight weeks from starting to replace carpet and paint, to escrow check in hand - outstanding!!!
