Four days after listing, my house had six offers - three above the asking price - and I was able to sell my home at substantially above my asking price (it set the market for my area). Escrow went smoothly with her help, and closed in 30 days without any hiccups. All in all, eight weeks from starting to replace carpet and paint, to escrow check in hand - outstanding!!!
