Risa was a terrific help to us when we bought our first home. She took the time to help us research neighborhoods for several months in advance of our final home purchase. She gave my husband and I positive and negative insights into several different neighborhoods in North County and gave unbiased advice to help us decipher the different flavors of each area. Risa has a skilled design sense and gave us skilled tips on things we could keep or change in the homes we were interested in. Risa is both patient and tenacious and walked us thru all the details of the buying process and she really helped ease our minds during the stressful process.
