She kept us informed throughout the entire process and was a supportive counselor and friend throughout the entire journey... and beyond - we closed almost 6 months ago and we still reach out to Risa because we just adore her! In 2007 I decided to take money out of my stock and bond investments to purchase income real estate. I had been doing this for about 2 years in the small town where I live. The town has limited growth opportunities so I wanted to expand my investments into a coastal area that had values that were more stable. Risa showed me several properties in the Oceanside area, an area I was acquainted with and believed was underpriced. There were duplexes, multi-units and single family homes available. Risa did analyses for each of the properties which informed my decision. Risa is very professional and excellent at managing all of the emotions that go with buying and selling a house. We bought a short sale home and the process went very smoothly.
