They gave me great advice on prepping the house, pricing it, and closing in a way that was fair to both me and the buyer. "Smooth" is the word that pops to mind. They don't get ruffled. Rike has extremely strong market knowledge and negotiation skills. He focused in advance on getting our choices narrowed so that when we went out to look we had a good set of choices. We had a very short window of time. Our day of house hunting was extremely productive and we ended up with a home that met all of our needs. We were buying from out of town and not moving until later; Rike helped us through the pre-closing and closing process, we did everything remote and it went perfectly.
