The turnaround from viewing, to inspection, and close was tight but he was able to get us what we wanted, schedule bids and inspectors, and was patient with our funky schedules during it. Rike has extremely strong market knowledge and negotiation skills. He focused in advance on getting our choices narrowed so that when we went out to look we had a good set of choices. We had a very short window of time. Our day of house hunting was extremely productive and we ended up with a home that met all of our needs. We were buying from out of town and not moving until later; Rike helped us through the pre-closing and closing process, we did everything remote and it went perfectly.
