I believe that the house sold very quickly and for above the asking price because of Rigel's knowledge of the market. In spite of a changing market, Rigel priced the house right so that we received offers very quickly and for more than we expected. He laid out how the entire process beforehand and, to my surprise, it actually went according to Rigel's plan. He communicated with us every step of the way, and made the process quick and painless. We had been looking for two years and finally found something in our beloved neighborhood, Crystyl Ranch. Rigel Nemis was our realtor, and was recommended by one of my hospital colleagues. He got us in the house the day after it went on the market, our offer accepted in 24 hours, and the house closed in 20 days.
