Rigel was on top of everything. He knows what he is doing well and is always there to advocate for you. He ensures everything is done correctly and that the house has no problem. He took us to many houses and did not pressure us to put an offer right away to make sure we would get the best fit for us. He was very communicative to us and our loan officer, which is very helpful for a smooth buying process. And even though we are already done with the buying process, he checks on us.

We had been looking for two years and finally found something in our beloved neighborhood, Crystyl Ranch. Rigel Nemis was our realtor, and was recommended by one of my hospital colleagues. He got us in the house the day after it went on the market, our offer accepted in 24 hours, and the house closed in 20 days. He scheduled us to view multiple properties as soon as they hit the market, was honest with us about whether we should place an offer or not (he actually talked us out of a couple of properties because of disclosure findings), negotiated endlessly on our behalf and helped with our loan, renovations and inspections. He was kind, professional, and very responsive- so much that we have contracted to sell our Oakland home with him (even though he never asked or made that assumption, and I appreciate the humility!). He even brought a thoughtful housewarming gift and took professional photos of our official moving day. As a busy nurse, he was sensitive to the fact that I could not take time off from COVID vaccine projects. After 2020, finally settling down has been such a blessing. The process of selling/buying, especially with current restrictions, can be overwhelming and stressful. We are in debt to Rigel for making this process as painless (and paperless!) as possible.
